Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at Ingleside House. We are sorry and surprised to hear of the issues you have raised here as no concerns were raised during your mother's stay with us and you reported that you were very happy with her stay. We are continually making improvements to the environment, with work starting this month on a new sensory room and cafe room. We have had a recruitment drive and now have our own permanent staff covering the vast majority of our shifts. We are pleased to see that your overall experience was 4/5.
