On chatting with the home, we understand your concerns haven't been brought to their attention and they would very much like to discuss these further. We can assure you the home has plenty of staff to assist with our many residents, though these may not be visible all the time if they are assisting other residents within their rooms. Blankets are on hand for all residents who would like one and additional blankets can be placed in your loved ones' room should they wish. We offer day trips out for all residents and their relatives to participate in and weather permitting, our courtyards are accessible for some fresh air.
