It's fantastic to read that the overall experience in the Home is positive and great to hear that the food quality is improving. The menus are developed in conjunction with the people who live in our Homes and we strive to evolve and adapt to the needs and preferences of our Residents. We appreciate your comments about our service, as this provides us with the opportunity to learn and improve. Unfortunately, we are unable to comment on the investigation, which is currently underway.
