Thank you for your review. I am pleased to hear that you feel the care was a credit to the company. However, I am sorry to hear about your experience regarding discharge. Your relative was a patient on the discharge to assess floor, and discharge planning, organising of transport and arrangements for the transfer are all led and arranged by the NHS staff who work from Bramhall Manor, but in no way are linked to the management and overall running of the home, as a company we provide the care and nursing management of the discharge to assess patient whilst they are in Bramhall Manor. I am sorry that the discharge planning fell short of a good service and I have raised your concerns with the NHS team who will respond to you via their own processes. I hope your relative has now settled in her new care home.
