Thank you for your review. I am sorry you had some concerns. I did think that you brought a commode from home rather than use ours. Commodes are with a resident for the duration of their stay and sanitised, slings are allocated to each resident and laundered. The two hoists we have on each floor are shared and cleaned after use. Unless in use or faulty, a hoist from another floor would not normally be used.  However, I appreciate this is your reported experience and perhaps you would like to contact me with further information.
