We will pass on your comments. Your feedback is appreciated and has enabled positive changes to our clean teams paperwork, auditing and checks. The call bells can be notably during our busiest times of the day, as we have high demands at particular times of the day, one being the morning for the big rush to all be up and dressed ready for our very popular daily activities. Call bells are regularly monitored and often it is a case of multiple calls, sometimes overlapping and sometimes one after the other. It is important that all our residents to know they can call for help whenever they need so we do encourage use of the call bells. We will continue trying to improve response times to the call bells.
