I am sorry that your experience has not been a positive one and decisions regarding safe transfers back to the home are always done in the best interest of the residents and staff team.I apologise you do feel that the communication with management was not adequate, whilst you were on holiday, I can assure you that information and outcomes regarding your loved one was discussed with the relevant professionals, the hospital team, social worker and with granddaughter in your absence. We do hope that you are successful in securing a future placement and everything works out well for your mother and you.
