We are obviously disappointed that you have had a negative experience. Our aim is to provide the best possible care to those we support and its something we take very seriously. <br><br>Unfortunately in this instance your father woke with a breathing and respiratory problem which resulted in a heavy cough, we then sought emergency care immediately. <br><br>We do have two activity coordinators and they do different activities daily, some groups and some one to one, they work throughout the building and not just in one room. We are sorry that you did not see them participating with residents at the time of your visit and seeing the lovely activities that they do together.<br><br>Once again we are very sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations and strive to move forward.
