I would like to apologise to read of your experience for your family and mum whilst in the care of Kentford Manor. This is not to the high standards we hold ourselves to at Care UK. I am sorry to read it was heartbreaking. I understand we have now responded to your concerns and learnings have been taken to ensure improvements are made.
