We are obviously disappointed that you have had a negative experience whilst staying with us. We are aware of your allegation and this was fully investigated at the time, you received regular updates from management throughout the investigation process and were also given the opportunity to move to an alternative setting which you declined as you stated you were happy at Martin Hall. All call bell alerts are monitored, we have checked our records and all call bells were answered within the acceptable time. With regard to the cleanliness of your room, daily cleaning schedules are completed by housekeeping and are readily available. We are very sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations.
