I would like to firstly start by thanking you for leaving feedback for Norfolk House. Your kind and positive comments are greatly appreciated by the team. I would also like to thank you for providing the feedback on the parking and the food.
Unfortunately, there is not much else we can do to provide support with parking however, we do encourage the staff to park at the back of the building, so it allows the opportunity to maximise space for visitors. Regarding the food being served we do test the temperatures at the point of service. We hold ourselves to high standards at Care UK and I would like to reassure you that the Home Manager will be checking the food temperature records and observing the dining experience to ensure it's in line with Care UK policy. We are more than welcoming of family and visitors bringing in artwork that is recognisable to our residents as we want to ensure they feel they are at home as much as possible. We are more than supportive if you would like to bring in some photos to hang up in the room to brighten it up. If you do not have any photos, please can I encourage you to speak with the Home Manager who will be more than happy to support in purchasing some pictures with your agreement.
