Firstly, I would like to send my apologies from the senior management team at the Elms, regarding your feelings around the standards dropping within the home. I would like to reassure you that we have management in the home daily, they are always available to meet or talk via telephone. All our staff are fully trained with an extensive induction programme, once this is completed all new staff are signed off as competent. We would like the opportunity to be able to meet with you in person to go through your points raised in the review.
