Thank you for your kind review, it is important for us to have our residents back home to the environment they are familiar with, staff they know and a place that's home, of course it's so sad for us to lose any of our residents, but it's the last greatest care we can deliver to ensure their passing is dignified with everyone around them who genuinely does care.
