Thanks for leaving a review, were disappointed to read your comments, particularly as the home supported your loved one for a much longer stay than was originally agreed. Our home team are always available to support and well share your feedback with them about meals, however, the feedback we usually receive about food at Marple Dale is positive. We do have some younger residents who enjoy eating fast food takeaway as their preference and were very happy to support them. We understand that your brothers needs are very complex and assisted to ensure he has the care needed including in an emergency. Sadly, due to the complexity of the care required, the decision was made they were no longer able to sustain the placement.
