Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. It means a great deal when family members who are regular visitors provide their views. I admire my colleagues in Fordingbridge for their constant positive and happy presence, this is so important for our Residents' wellbeing. The food is very good and the facilities are relevant and useful for the Residents.  It's a nice happy relaxed place to be, which for our Residents who struggle with behaviours and dementia is fundamentally important. Thank you, my best wishes
