We would like to reassure you that while we do have the correct number of staff on shift to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents, we deeply regret any delays you've experienced in us meeting your needs. We have a close working relationship with our external community district nurses and while they endeavour to get to us in a timely manner, there can be occasional delays during very busy periods.
