Thank you for your review. We take your feedback seriously and are sad that you feel this way about the care we provided to your relative who was with us in May 2022, returning to live with us permanently in July 2022. We responded to your 2023 review and all processes were followed to evidence that care is being safely delivered to your relative; this involved safeguarding, local authority and CQC. A best interest meeting was held wherein you were invited but unfortunately unable to attend. Care needs can change and our competent team of nurses, carers, wellbeing coordinator, physiotherapist, and ancillary work together to ensure that this is reflected in person-centered care plans. We will arrange another best interest meeting with the social worker, other NOK's, yourself and the team to discuss current care needs and management, tease out your concerns and create an action plan so that you can be assured that your relative is getting the proper and safe care they require and deserve.
