Thank you so much for your review - it was a real pleasure having your grandmother living at Northleach - she was much loved by residents and staff alike. As I am sure you know we are doing a 2m + refurbishment of Northleach which includes complete refurbishment of all areas and when complete every bedroom will have an ensuite bathroom, there will be additional extensive lounges and dining rooms, a bistro cafe and hairdresser and beauty salon which I am sure will remove anyone's reservations about the rooms.
