All of our staff are committed to providing the best possible care for our residents and we are disappointed to hear that you feel this has not been the case. Our menus are created with input from our residents, reflecting their likes and dislikes. We use food passports to capture any specific dietary requirements or preferences. In addition to our twice-yearly surveys, we hold regular meetings with residents where they can raise concerns or share feedback on the menus with our chef.
