We have taken on board your comments and I can confirm the Home Manager has now seen the room and is in agreement it could be made brighter therefore will be contacting you to discuss what sort of colour you would like to have in your dad's room. They will look to have his room redecorated within the next two weeks.<br><br>In regards to the missing belongings I am sorry to read of this and the frustration this can cause.
