While Castlethorpe Nursing Home is no longer a nursing home due to the deregistration of our nursing service, we strive to ensure all medical concerns are promptly addressed by our trained carers, who can liaise with external healthcare professionals when needed. We understand your mum is a residential client and appreciate how important it is for her to feel supported. We are reviewing our care routines to ensure that assistance is provided consistently and in a timely manner, particularly in the mornings and on weekends. Staffing levels are also regularly monitored to ensure our carers have sufficient time to provide the high-quality care we aim for.
