I am so sorry your experience with our administrator was not as it should be and didn't meet the high expectations of the home at this very difficult time for you. I am glad that you felt I managed  the situation in a positive way. I am delighted that you felt our end of life care was excellent. Your father was an absolute gentleman. I hope you can move on from this initial negative experience, I wish you peace at this time.
