We are always keen to gain feedback on areas we can improve and welcome your helpful comments. Firstly we are delighted to report that great progress has been made to eliminate agency use for all but the most urgent cover needs and we continue to work to build our bank team - so that we have casual staff known to the residents. We have also worked on trying to develop a newsletter for the home offering updates on the activities on offer and we hope this will assist. If however people do have specific needs or wishes in terms of how we communicate with them we will always seek to support so please do speak with the management team if there is more we can do to support you.
