It was lovely to read that on all your visits you find the staff always friendly, kind and that our people in the home are treated with respect. Our staff at Castleford will always support in any way that they can. It is nice to read that your mum well looked after and that she is happy at the home, I will pass your kind words on to the whole team. I will also pass on to the kitchen staff that that the meals are always nice and that there is plenty of choices. I see that your mum enjoys the puddings and the home made cakes but I cant blame her.
