Hi Andrew. Thank you for your review. I am very disappointed that you have chosen to give us 4 stars for some of the areas where we are renowned for being perfect. Your feedback does not reflect the report you have written on the home, and the positive elements and level of satisfaction you have shared with the staff. I believe you thought it would not be right to award us top marks in all areas when we strive day and night to make sure that the home is always presented so perfectly for everyone, especially the residents. I don't think it reflects the high standard we operate on, but I have to respect your views. Thank you.
