Thank you so much for your kinds words, it means so much to hear from families about how we care for our lovely residents. It was a pleasure to look after your mum and dad, they  were both kind and lovely to look after. All the staff loved looking after them. It was sad when we lost your dad and now mum as they were part of our family at Heathfield Care Home.
