As a residential care home, while we don't have on-site nurses, which is very typical of residential care homes, our highly skilled care team works very closely in partnership with our local district nursing team and external healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the correct medical support for their very individual needs. We are passionate about the way we communicate and work with loved ones and thank you for your comments, which will help us to continually improve. We absolutely agree with your advice to visit multiple homes and ask questions, as finding the right care home is so important and we actively encourage potential residents and their loved ones to speak to not only our team but our residents too, to get a complete and very transparent picture of life at Barony Lodge.
