Thank you for your feedback.  We are very sorry to hear these concerns and are currently looking into these.  All our staff are allocated activities and we have a full time Activity Co-ordinator currently on-boarding with us. We are extremely proud of all our staff who work extremely hard to ensure all our residents have the best quality care and support. Our staff are acknowledged individually and or as a Team through our Values and Thank You Schemes.
