Hello, thank you for your feedback and may I say how lovely it is that you are remaining in touch with your friend who has moved in with us in Olive Tree? Friendships and family engagement are really important for everyone to live well, it's even more so when living in a care home.  Thank you also for your five-star ratings on our service elements.
