Hi Marie, If I can remember rightly I finished work early on New Year's Eve and I'm sorry I did not get the chance to say goodbye. I'm pleased you felt the senior was helpful, this is good to feedback. Staff being on phones can be misunderstood, staff use handheld devices (mobiles) to document care given. I can only apologise if you have not understood this, it can look like they are on mobile phones. With regards to your mother's clothes, we do suggest for new residents that family ensure that their names are on the clothes to prevent situations like this from happening. If you are missing any clothes please let me know and I will speak to the laundry department. We are currently working on updating the home and have recently had designers in to plan the new design, starting with the bottom unit, this is to ensure the home is welcoming to all residents and visitors.
