We are sorry you were not happy with your Aunts experience of Horsforth Manor last year. The Home was very new at that time and the staffing levels have increased since then, as our resident numbers have increased. The team member you have referenced is no longer in employment at the Home. Regarding a complaint to the Home owners, this has not been received otherwise a response would have been provided.
