I would also like to thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention regarding the furniture and the staffing levels. I understand that furniture has started to be replaced. Some furniture has already been received, and I can confirm an order was place in December and we are waiting upon delivery. Another order is going in today. In regards to the staffing levels, I can confirm that the staffing levels are above the required amount in the Willow Suite. Please be assured that staffing levels are checked on a daily basis to ensure that the care needs for our residents are met.
