Thank you for your review and I am sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, I cannot see that this is an accurate reflection of the service and level of care that we provide at St Margarets, which is evident in the other 30 reviews submitted in the last few years. It has been identified that this was from July 2024, some 6 months ago and it is impossible for me to understand why your concerns were not raised sooner, to allow me the opportunity to complete a full investigation. I can understand that this was an emotional time for you and your family, especially considering your father-in-law was only with us for 5 days.
