We take all feedback seriously, the care and wellbeing of our residents is always our priority. Until end of January we had not received a written complaint from yourself or your family, but please be assured this will be responded to in line with our policy. We would appreciate if you could forward the complaint you refer to above, to enquiries@minstercaregroup.co.uk as we would like to look into this. We have reviewed our records and it shows that your loved one received daily washing and had baths during their stay with us. Our menus are 4-weekly seasonal and at each meal time residents are offered at least 2 or 3 options for meals, we will always do our best to provide something they would enjoy. Regarding sitting, we were provided instructions from the hospital on admission, your loved one was advised to stay in bed until an OT visited which was chased by the home. We sincerely apologise that you felt this way during your experience and will be responding to your letter.
