I am deeply saddened and rather shocked by this. Whilst the gentleman's children were happy with the care provided, we had separately received concerns from the reviewer which we take incredibly seriously.  We are acting upon this concern and will endeavour to assure the reviewer where we feel developments to the service are required. We take our responsibility to all residents with the utmost dedication and where this is not achieved, we act to ensure that high standards are met and maintained for present and future residents.
