We're sorry to hear about your concerns - these were not raised with the Home Manager at the time, but she is always available to discuss any issues and her door is always open. We can assure you we have robust cleaning processes in place and are in the process of replacing a carpet in one of the bedrooms on the second floor. We can only apologise about the commode. Our team are extremely conscientious about cleaning and personal hygiene, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will continue working to ensure the highest standards of care.
