Thank you for your review of our care home. I am pleased that you find our staff to be excellent and that you enjoy the food and drink on offer. I am sorry that you find when eating the main meal of the day with your loved one in the dining room is hard, I will continue to review this. We welcome families and friends to enjoy sharing this experience with their loved ones in a variety of ways including Bistro meals and drinks in the Bar Bistro, fine dining for special occasions and family gatherings.   This has altered over the last year as we continue with our refurbishment programme. We communicate with families and keep them up to date via different methods and during the Resident of The Day reviews.
