We appreciate honest feedback from our families, because we always wish to do the best we can for our residents. As you can appreciate, we do have to take account of our residents wishes and this includes their participation in activities. However, you and I have spoken very recently and have agreed on an action plan to deal with your concerns. I will personally oversee this and keep you updated on progress.
