Can I start by taking this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to complete the review of Castleford Lodge.  I am pleased to find that following the respite care that your dad received you have made the decision to make him a permanent person in the home.  I am also happy to read that the changes that are being made by the new home manager are positive and that you feel that these changes are for the better in the home.  The home has a new way of working around the environment and ensuring that this is always clean and tidy and I will pass on to the team that you have been able to see the positive changes.
