I will share your feedback with my team and continue to deliver quality care and make consistent improvements where shortcomings are noticed. Please note that we are aware of the fact that some rooms are in need of decoration and the work is already underway. External contractors are being used to decorate the bedrooms and communal areas to a great standard. Also, residents' bedlinens are changed every single day and at times more than once depending on their needs. Besides, residents who are unable to or do not wish to join to group activities,  121 sessions of activities are being carried out for them. Please be assured that we are working tirelessly to ensure that all our residents receive top-quality care at Wrottesley Park House.
