The team at Eden Manor were so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing and offer their deepest condolences. Eden Manor uses the person-centred software (PCS - electronic care planning system for carers). The team carry handheld devices to record all care interactions in real time. While it may appear they are on their mobile phones, they are using these handheld devices which are the same size. Before your Dad was discharged into the integrated care team in December 2024, it was documented that he took part in several activities including, Christmas activities, listening to the visiting children's choir, bowling, music, singing, walking in the garden and more with our Relationships Manager.  Eden Manor uses a dependency tool to support in team ratio numbers; we are in the fortunate position of being 10% over on staffing.
