Thank you for your comments about the care your father received we will certainly pass on your kind words to the team and we appreciate your comments about the activities team. I am sorry we haven't introduced the managers to the families in a more effective way we will certainly take that on board and address it in the future.  In relations to fees many of our residents are on different rates as they all need different levels of care and support and we conduct assessments to identify appropriate levels of fees, I hope that explains the situation but if you did want to discuss anything further then please call me at the home.
