Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.  I'm not sure I fully understand your comment about residents not being taken into the garden or the park.  As you will see from the images on our Facebook page, our comprehensive programme of activities and events includes trips and outings, and when the weather allows, the garden is accessible to any resident or family member wishing to use it. If you feel that there are issues with laundry, or you remain concerned about access to the outdoors, please speak to me directly to allow me to investigate and address for you if appropriate.
