Thank you so much for your heartfelt words. It truly means a great deal to all of us at Otterbourne Court to hear how much our care and support meant to both your dad and your family.  We feel privileged to have been a part of his life over the past three years, and it's lovely to hear that he was able to enjoy a good quality of life and take part in activities that brought him joy. Knowing that you felt reassured and supported even from a distance is exactly what we strive for.  It was an honour to care for him, and to be there for your family during those final days. Your comment about being cared for too is deeply touching, it reflects the kind of community and compassion we aim to provide for every resident and their loved ones.  Please know you'll always be a welcome face here, and you'll be missed just as much.
