As the Home Manager, I take your concerns very seriously and hope that the issue regarding the missing items has been resolved with their prompt retrieval. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents, which sometimes requires implementing measures to ensure their safety, such as ensuring toiletries are stored in a safe locked space.
