We have been actively working on staff deployment to ensure greater consistency within our communities.  We are very sorry to hear about your concerns regarding your mum's clothing. Unfortunately, high temperature washes can sometimes affect the colour of whites, but we are exploring alternative solutions to maintain their quality. Additionally, we are working  hard to implement a more robust labelling system to minimise the risk of clothing going missing.  We have also reinforced communication with our laundry team to ensure extra care is taken when returning residents' clothing. Staff are reminded to check pockets carefully, we will continue to ensure that important items such as hearing aids are handled appropriately and not going through the wash.
