It’s wonderful to know that both the staff and management have made you feel reassured about the care and wellbeing of the residents, and that you have seen the efforts we put into treating everyone as an individual.
We’re also pleased to hear such lovely feedback regarding the variety of activities we offer. Activity and engagement are vital, and we strive to provide a range of options that support the emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing of our residents. It’s great to know that you’ve seen our manager actively involved in these activities as well; we believe that hands-on leadership is important to building a strong, caring environment.
We also appreciate your feedback about outdoor access and taking residents out in a wheelchair, particularly during the summer months. We completely understand the importance of outdoor time, and we would like to assure you that residents have full access to the garden area at all times. Friends and/or relatives may ask staff to support them in taking residents outside if they require support or if they are unable to do so.
