I am so very sorry to hear that you feel your dads experience was lacking whilst he was a Treelands. As a company we are transparent with our care and complaints and therefore would appreciate it if you would come in to a meeting with myself and my investigations manager  to discuss this further. We take every concern seriously, if notified and fully investigate all complaints.
