Unfortunately, as the registered manager I have not had the opportunity prior to now to address these issues, directly, with you, but I am committed to ensuring they are properly addressed. Regarding meal portions, our team strives to provide a high standard of care, including ensuring that all residents are satisfied with their meals. We recently welcomed a Hospitality Supervisor whose primary focus is enhancing our dining service. Already, we have seen positive developments. In relation to the medication concern, as we discussed, medication management involves three separate organisations responsible for prescribing, dispensing, and administering. Following an investigation, it was found that while our team had requested the medication, delays occurred externally, however we will take any lessons from this.
