Many thanks for your review and kind words.  We welcomed her guidance regarding room decor, she had previously worked in interior design, so her room looked splendid!  We never did get that much talked about chicken broth to her high standard, but thank you for generously pointing out nobody but your mum ever could.  She is missed by all at Bramshott Grange.
